A school senior prom has to rank as one of the most exciting dates of the year for teenagers (both boys and girls!) and a black tie or ball event is equally as good - they're both a perfect opportunity to dress up and look absolutely stunning! A Decent Exposure Photography & Media capture fantastic, timeless and professional prom and ball images at locations in Shropshire and Staffordshire with perfect lighting and a range of styles which really do show everyone at their very best.

What do we offer?

Depending on the venue we'll work through the evening and photograph on the red carpet as the guests arrive, outside in natural surroundings after dinner which produces some beautiful portraits, and also against a backdrop with full studio lighting, giving a wide range of choice and of course the opportunity for a variety of poses - everyone has a great time!

We use professional photography and printing equipment and display photos as they're taken on viewing monitors, with images edited and then printed and provided in luxury card mounts in either white or black, with a fully protective wrapping. Prices for photos purchased during the evening are discounted, with print sizes in 6"x4", 9"x6" and 12”x8" (A4), perfect for framing.

Additionally after the event we edit the photos and then place a secure gallery on our web site on the same evening so students, parents or guests can view and order prints straight afterwards. We offer larger print sizes for online orders in addition to our standard sizes - a nominal postage charge is applied.

Important - 2023 Bookings

For 2023 proms we're offering a standard package of unlimited social media resolution downloads alongside our print on site service, uploading images throughout the duration of the event from the venue so guests can see their photos via a secure download link which is ideal for sharing on social media. Please note that there's a small charge of £6.00 (plus VAT) to be added to each ticket price for this service which applies to all attendees - we no longer offer an "attend for free" option. Please ensure you book us in good time before offering tickets for sale to allow us to make arrangements for providing the gallery link and our payment details. Payment must be made ahead of the event.

We like to meet with organisers for Balls and Black Tie events or the school Prom Committee well in advance to discuss arrangements for this important evening and can make a selection of photos available after the event for social media use to help promote future events free of charge.

Prom private photoshoots

Depending on availability we can also arrange a prom portrait shoot for an individual guest or group in a single location, ideal for a highly personalised set of photos for display or an album. These are shot with full flash studio lighting and also with natural light and fill flash - we come to you with all the necessary equipment to create perfect photos. For individual private sessions we apply our standard hourly rate. Please do remember that because school proms all occur around the same time, booking us early is essential and we're only able to attend one private photoshoot or prom booking per day.
