Dance and stage videography and photography

Our photography includes performance, headshots and rehearsals and we can cover entire stage events including video production with multiple cameras for stage and dance school marketing and customer DVD sales. We use professional camera equipment and lenses suitable to meet the demands of variable stage lighting to capture events, with over ten years of experience photographing performances. Our photography has been consistently well received by dance and stage schools and we focus on both the overall performance and the individuals, including fantastic headshot portraits for programmes, websites and event marketing material.

For live events we offer on site viewing and printing, with customer viewing monitors, high quality printers and images provided in luxury card mounts in either white or black, with a fully protective wrapping in sizes in 6"x4", 9"x6" and 12”x8" (A4). A gallery of images is available for viewing and online sales on the evening of an event.

Video production involves up to four cameras, with three covering stage front, left and right and a roaming camera to capture close ups of solos and individual performers. Video is edited using the footage from all cameras, producing a final edit for sale as DVD with full titles, credits and any additional marketing and publicity details. Additionally we create a trailer for the organiser to use for marketing at no additional cost. For large productions we are able to provide a dedicated photographer alongside shooting video. Comp card photography

For performers, keeping a regular, up to date visual "comp card" containing a variety of photos and a biography is important if agency placement is an ambition, enabling stage and performance agencies to quickly evaluate talent. We can shoot and provide professionally produced comp card sets showing natural poses together with actual performance photos and overlay a biography and any additional text. Combining our performance and portrait photography experience means that comp cards contain visually compelling content which reflects the individual at their very best.

• Studio lit portraits and dance/performance poses with a full multiple lighting setup and backdrop
• A selected set of up to 20 fully edited high resolution images delivered to you as a download via Dropbox
• A password protected client selection gallery on our website so you can select photos, review the comp card and provide feedback
• We can provide images on a USB drive if required at a small additional cost
